Acheson Doyle Partners provided architectural services for the interior design and construction of new office space for the American List Counsel of New York, LLC. This adaptation of an existing loft for office use consists of one entire 7,000 sf floor of a building located in the Union Square area of downtown Manhattan.

Acheson Doyle Partners evaluated ALC's program and designed the space to include 33 offices and workstations, a conference room, lounge, and other common office spaces. Acheson Doyle also assisted the client in the design, selection, and specification of the system workstations and office furniture.

Acheson Doyle and its engineers integrated the system workstations furniture into the new infrastructure of the space. The renovation included the total replacement of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and data infrastructure.

The design maintains the open loft space feel while providing the spaces and infrastructure of a modern office.
