Model for The Glimcher Headquarters Competition Entry
ADP designed this low-rise office building that was the winning entry of a competition sponsored by The Glimcher Company of Columbus, Ohio. Using modern construction materials and techniques, Acheson Doyle Partners designed the building to be a corporate villa on its prominent site. ADP designed the three-story building to accommodate 23,000 sf of company facilities, as well as a floor of tenant office space for future company growth. The building also features a two-story atrium lobby, company health and dining facilities, as well as a glass and stone curtain wall system designed to isolate the building acoustically from aircraft noise.
