ADP designed a unique series of condominium projects in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. Each project consisted of four to six single-family detached homes categorized as condominiums under progressive zoning changes intended to permit higher density redevelopment in this fast-growing area.
The projects were organized as small mini-neighborhoods focused around central driveways and richly paved motor courts. This design solution allowed increased density to occur deeper into the site while maintaining each unit’s view of the street from its front doors.
Prototypical floor plans were developed early in the design process and were implemented with architecturally varied elevations. |
