ADP prepared a master plan for this 25-acre condominium community in Austin, Texas for Bradley Development, complete with club house facilities.
The $20 million residential villa development plan was set in the context of the Austin hills with spectacular views over the Austin riverfront. The project included a 30-unit residential building with landscaped grounds, parking for 60 spaces, and a club facility with swimming pool, exercise complex and members’ lounge.
