Greenwich Office and Model Units

HOSPITALITY

Acheson Doyle Partners Architects served as the Architect of Record for three condominium model units and an office on the 84th floor of the World Trade Center, preparing drawings and overseeing the construction of an elegant, modern space. More project details.

ADP coordinated filings and approvals with the Port Authority as well as managed the construction of the sales center for a new condominium building several blocks away.

The space featured private offices, a kitchen, a media room, a round theatre for presentations and communal amenities. Three model units with bedroom and living room representations were constructed and furnished at full scale within the space.

ADP collaborated with March & White, an interior design firm, to select special elements such as wood cabinetry, marble counter tops and stone flooring throughout. Fabric-wrapped wall panels provided acoustical protection for various spaces throughout the office.
