Eighteenth-century, French-style interior paneling; bespoke millwork; custom cast bronze door handles and fresco murals adorn the stunning condominium, which also boasts a breathtaking view of Manhattan.

Nine handcrafted fireplace mantels pay tribute to diverse architectural traditions.

At a height-to-width ratio of 15:1, 432 Park Avenue is the third tallest residential building in the world. Proceeding with a sky-high renovation comes with some interesting challenges, from how to design walls that can accommodate building sway, to getting ahead of various environmental, structural and logistical constraints leading up to construction.

The condominium at 432 Park Avenue effortlessly blends ornate traditional paneling with eclectic interior furnishings sourced from all over the world, engaging specialized artisans and craftspeople on every single detail.

ADP Architects worked to bring together the moving parts of this comprehensive renovation. Drew Hartley, AIA, Principal, carried this luxury residential renovation from concept to completion.
