A new glass wall and door were introduced in the kitchen to enhance access and views to the rear yard. Existing heavy wood trim was simplified and replaced with more appropriate detailing, and new finished wood floors were installed throughout. The scope also included a new roof drainage system and improved roof access via a new stair.
